By accessing or using AI4Shops ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI4Shops provides AI-powered chatbot services, form management, modal creation, and analytics tools ("Services") designed to help businesses capture and manage customer data through their websites.

2.1 Service Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers:

Free Plan: 14-day trial with limited features
Pro Plan: Enhanced features with monthly token credits
Enterprise Plan: Unlimited features with usage-based token billing

3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy

3.2 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions.

3.2.1 Eligibility for Full Refund

If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you will receive:

A full refund of your subscription fee
Immediate downgrade to the Free plan
Retention of data created during the subscription period

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

3.2.2 Cancellations After 14 Days

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund period:

No refund will be issued
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You retain access to paid features until the period end date
Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at period end
All data will be preserved, subject to Free plan limitations

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account dashboard
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing for their current billing period
New pricing applies upon the next renewal

3.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times
You will receive email notifications after each failed attempt
After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan
Outstanding amounts remain due and payable

4. Account Terms

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activity occurring under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

Breach these Terms of Service
Provide false information
Engage in fraudulent activity
Violate applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

8.2 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not liable for data loss due to system failures

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

9.2 Exclusions

Gross negligence or willful misconduct

10. Indemnification
