Right of Access to Personal Data

Right to Rectification

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

INFO WEB will delete your data without delay if: • personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; • personal data have been processed unlawfully; • personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation that concerns us; • if the processing of personal data relates to the offer of information society services directly to a child under 15 years of age and consent to such processing is not given or approved by the holder of parental responsibility for the child; • if INFO WEB has published the personal data.
